What to expect:
The format of this 1 hour 30 min gathering:
1. Opening circle (poetry, music, movement, etc.)
2. Invitation to an Experience in Nature (easeful and gentle movement, writing, drawing, etc.)
3. Sharing and reflection circle
4. Closing (poetry, music, movement, etc.)
